Choosing an In-Home Child Care Provider
We understand that families often prefer caregivers who already know their children and understand their routines, personalities, and individual needs.
High Hopes at Home works with families to identify appropriate caregivers. Depending on eligibility, availability, and applicable program requirements, options may include:
- A caregiver the family already knows and would like to have considered for employment.
- An individual referred by the family who is interested in providing care.
- A caregiver recruited or identified through High Hopes at Home.
All prospective caregivers must complete our employment application, required screening, onboarding, and applicable training before providing services.
