Personalized Support for Children and Families
High Hopes Child Care, doing business as High Hopes at Home, provides a variety of in-home services for eligible individuals and families through Nebraska’s Aged and Disabled (AD) Waiver.
We recognize that every individual’s needs are unique. Our goal is to help families access dependable, compassionate care that supports independence, daily living, and quality of life.
LRI Personal Care
LRI Personal Care allows eligible legally responsible individuals, including qualifying parents and spouses, to provide authorized personal care services to a family member with extraordinary care needs. Caregivers are employed by High Hopes and must meet applicable program and employment requirements.
Respite Care
Our in-home respite services provide temporary relief for unpaid caregivers while ensuring eligible individuals receive attentive, supportive care. Families may identify a caregiver they know or work with us to explore caregiver options.
In-Home Child Care
Our AD Waiver In-Home Child Care services support eligible children who need care in their own homes. Families may identify a caregiver they already know or work with High Hopes to explore caregiver recruitment options.
Personal Care Services
Personal Care services provide authorized assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs. We can work with caregivers already familiar to the individual or explore recruitment options to support the family’s needs.
Getting Started
Services are based on individual eligibility, assessed needs where applicable, and approved service authorizations. Families interested in receiving services through High Hopes should speak with their Nebraska AD Waiver Service Coordinator about available options and identifying High Hopes Child Care as their chosen provider.
